Top 5 Reasons Why I Love My Dymo LabelWriter

At the risk of over-generalizing, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that all of our customers who invest in a LabelWriter label printer love them. As the above Twitter user notes, it is the Rolls Royce of label makers. But all of these things beg the question, why? Why do customers love LabelWriters so much? 1. Easy to use. I don’t know about you but I hate complicated technology that has a learning curve. However, with the LabelWriter label printers that is never an issue. I can easily set up the printer and in no time at all I’m printing labels and barcodes.
   
   
2. Doesn’t take toner or ink. For anyone who owns an inkjet printer, they’re fully aware of the frustration, not to mention expense, of purchasing ink cartridges. And if you do a lot of printing, the cost of ink can add up fast. 3. Saves you time. When you set up your printer, you install the software onto your Mac or PC. When I’m ready to print I simply type the address into the easy-to-use software and, if I want, upload an image, and hit print. It’s that simple. Depending on the printer you select, you can print anywhere from 51 to 71 high resolution labels per minute.
   
   
4. Address fixer. The more labels you type the greater the likelihood for error, which, if you’re sending time-sensitive documents, could be a big problem. However, with the address fixer, you never have to worry, since it allows you to check an address against a database of US addresses, correct any mistakes, and automatically add the complete nine-digit zip code.
   
   
5. Dymo stamps. No monthly fees required, just pay-as-you-go. Easy.
