Returns & Refunds

At LabelValue.com, we ensure that our LabelValue.com brand products are of the highest quality and that your order arrives on-time and intact. If you should encounter any problem with your new, unused purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and LabelValue.com will provide a replacement product free of charge (this applies to LabelValue.com Brand Products only) or, if you prefer, we will refund the purchase price excluding any expedited shipping and handling.

Policies Regarding Reason For Returns

Our goal is to provide amazing customer service for each of our valued customers. If the product you receive is defective, we will happily provide return postage for your return. However, if the product is not defective and you are unable to or do not desire to use the product, we will not provide return postage. Please include the original packslip, a copy of the packslip, or a note with the order number in the return package.

Incorrectly Ordered Stock Items

If the product is not defective, but is simply no longer wanted or needed, LabelValue.com will not provide return postage for the item. However, we will accept returns for inspection within 30 days of the purchase and provide refund if the products are new and unused.

Defective Stock

Our goal is to provide amazing customer service for each of our valued customers. If the product you receive is defective, we will happily provide return postage for your return. For defective items, please contact our customer service team  and we will provide a Return Authorization Shipping Form (RA) to return the defective items to our warehouse for inspection.

Printer Return Policy

    • Printers Must Be Returned In The Original Packaging With The Manufacturer Box. 
    • If you return any printer without the original packaging and/or manufacturer box, LabelValue.com cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
    • To return a printer, you must contact our customer service department and be issued an RA prior to returning your printer(s).
    • Please do not write on or apply shipping labels to original manufacturer's box.
    • Place the manufacturer's box inside of the outer original outer shipping box or a similar shipping box.

Custom & Personalized Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any of our custom manufactured products that are manufactured according to the specs of the approved product proof and estimate.

Once we receive the package at our facility, we will inspect the returned items. If the items meet the requirements of our policies listed above, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement product. 

What if I am returning an item that included a free gift?

In order to receive a full refund for your order, you must return all items from the order, including any free gifts.
