LabelValue.com is happy to help you with this, having recently added cold foil to its list of available options for custom labels.
Cold foil is an in-line rotary process that transfers metallic foil to the facesheet of a pressure sensitive label. Unlike hot foil stamping, cold foil printing doesn’t require heat to transfer the foil. You can cold foil when printing your labels onto a flexo press as a part of the printing process or, if you are printing digitally, the cold foil can be added as a secondary process.
Unlike other methods of foil labeling, with cold foiling affords you the benefit of registering printed graphics in one pass, creating a precise finished product. Also unlike hot stamping, cold foiling doesn’t require extra rotary dies, which keeps the cost competitive.
