This new made In USA Labeling law went into effect August 13, 2021. Using Made In USA stickers on products not made in America also violates Section 5 of FTC law. Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) (15 USC 45) prohibits ‘‘unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.’’
