Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) (15 USC 45) prohibits ‘‘unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.’’
No marketer is allowed to advertise as Made In USA stickers unless all or virtually all parts or ingredients are made and sourced in The United States, Along with the final assembly/ processing being completed inside America. Read more..
