What is the difference between the LabelWriter 400 and LabelWriter 450 printers?

Since there is a new instant rebate available for the LabelWriter 450 Turbo, starting today, I thought it would be a good day to discuss not only the LabelWriter printers, but specifically the 450 printer series.

The LabelWriter printer series are a popular choice for homes and offices where you need to do a lower volume of printing. These compact printers are simply to use and yet are extremely versatile to meet your printing needs. While you may be aware that the 450 printer series was the latest addition to the popular printer series, you may not be fully aware of what the differences are between the printers.

The LabelWriter 450 label printer features an increased print speed of 71 labels per speed, an advancement that may make a difference to someone who does a higher volume of label printing.  The 450 series also provides a new “sleep mode” that allows the machine to power itself down when not in use, saving energy without having to unplug the printer, itself.

In order to increase the ease with which you load labels, an improved label guide was added. This label guide not only saves you time loading labels, it also prevents the labels from drifting and jamming.
