The best place to begin when printing custom labels is defining your product’s environment. Is it going to be exposed to extreme temperature, or harsh chemicals and solvents? Is moisture a factor in your product? Will it be submerged for any period of time? These are all factors that are important to take into consideration when selecting a material.

Depending on your labeling needs, we send various samples of materials and finishes for you to try out Peel and stick one, or all, of our samples onto your product. Test the labels’ adhesive and material under your product’s conditions. This is a good way to gauge what material will be a good fit. Our labels are printed with the highest quality ink and material stock to give you a lasting product.

Is there a charge for custom samples?

No charge whatsoever. We want you to be confident in our products and print services before you make your final decision.
Q:
What is the turnaround time for custom printed labels?
A:
We strive to produce and ship custom label orders within 10 business days. At the time of your order, a customer service representative can give you a more accurate timeline of current turnaround.
Q:
I had my last round of labels printed elsewhere, can you match the material I am currently using?
A:
We have created excellent relationships with our material distributors, and have invested in top-talent for our production team. If you are able to send us a few physical sample of your current label, we can get a match (or very close) of the material.
Q:
I would like to talk to someone regarding labeling choices, is this possible?
A:
Absolutely. Our entire staff of Custom Label Specialists has been trained extensively. They have worked with numerous industries and clients, and have the industry knowledge to guide you in the best direction. You can call, email or chat with us Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm EST. We may reach out to you after you submit a request for custom labels, as we can get a better idea of your needs through a quick email or phone conversation - so please submit up-to-date contact information.
Q:
I want my label to have a custom shape, or cutout, is this possible?
A:
Yes, we can custom die cut. There will be an additional fee dependent on the custom die, however.
Q:
What if I don't have artwork yet?
A:
If you don't have artwork, we can assist with design services from our graphic designers. The rate is $70/hr and we will evaluate your design ideas and provide a time estimate for the initial proof. Any revisions will be quoted as well, until we have a design you love!
Q:
Will I receive a proof?
A:
Yes, all custom labels ordered receive a digital proof for you to approve. In the case you would rather receive a physical proof - one can be shipped to you for a minimal additional fee.
Q:
Are you able to color match our new labels to the current labels we have now?
A:
We have invested in the best digital print technology available and are able to color match most labels. We ask you send us a physical copy of your current label, and to use pantones in your file for print when available.
