Is there a charge for custom samples?

No, our sample labels and customer stickers are free. We want you to be confident in our products and print services before you make your final decision.

How long do sample packs take to arrive?

Most sample requests are processed quickly. U.S. delivery is typically a few business days. If you're on a tight timeline, let us know, and we'll do our best to expedite.

Can I get sheet label samples or roll samples?

Yes. Tell us how you plan to apply the labels, and we'll include sheet and/or roll samples to match.

What is the turnaround time for custom printed labels?

We strive to produce and ship custom label orders within 5-7 business days. At the time of your order, a customer service representative can give you a more accurate timeline of current turnaround.

I had my last round of labels printed elsewhere, can you match the material I am currently using?

We have created excellent relationships with our material distributors, and have invested in top talent for our production team. If you are able to send us a few physical samples of your current label, we can get a match (or very close) of the material.

I would like to talk to someone regarding labeling choices, is this possible?

Absolutely. Our entire staff of Custom Label Specialists has been trained extensively. They have worked with numerous industries and clients, and have the industry knowledge to guide you in the best direction. You can call, email, or chat with us Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm EST. I want my label to have a custom shape, or cutout, is this possible?

Yes, we can custom die cut. There will be an additional fee dependent on the custom die, however.

What will I receive in my custom label sample pack?

Each sample pack includes a variety of label materials, finishes, and adhesives for you to test. You can apply the sample labels to your product to see how they perform in real conditions, helping you choose the right option with confidence before placing a full order.

Will I receive a proof?

Yes, all custom labels ordered receive a digital proof for you to approve. In the case you would rather receive a physical proof - one can be shipped to you for a minimal additional fee.

Are you able to color-match our new labels to the current labels we have now?

We have invested in the best digital print technology available and can color-match most labels. We ask you to send us a physical copy of your current label and to use Pantone in your file for print when available.
