According to a 2010 Nielsen report, 24 percent of North American consumers surveyed said that they choose to buy organic, believing that the foods were healthier and tasted better. In a more recent survey conducted by Cornell University, study participants said they are willing to pay between 16 and 23 percent more for an organic option.
In response to this growing trend, is now offering a USDA Organic Label, intended for use on food or personal care products.
