At LabelValue.com we ensure that our LabelValue.com brand products are of the highest quality and that your order arrives on-time and intact. If you should encounter any problem with your new, unused purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and LabelValue.com will provide a replacement product free of charge or, if you prefer, refund the purchase price excluding expedited shipping and handling.
We will NOT accept returns on open boxes for bar code scanners.
Dymo printers, Dymo print servers, Zebra, Cognitive, TSC and Sato printers are accepted.
Bar code scanners, Dymo printers, Dymo print servers, Zebra, Cognitive, TSC and Sato printers are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please do not write on or apply shipping labels to ORIGINAL manufacturer's box. Use the outer carton or similar box as provided in your original shipment.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any of our custom manufactured products.
What if I am returning an item that included a free gift?
You will receive a full refund by returning all items purchased. However, if you choose to keep the free item, the value of that item will be subtracted from your return.
How does it work?
Use the form on the Contact Us page to provide a brief description of the problem (please be sure to include your Order Number).
Our Customer Service department will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and send you shipping instructions for the package that you wish to return.

Once we receive the package at our clearinghouse, we will immediately issue your refund or ship your replacement product.
Things happen. That's why if we make a mistake with your order or if the product is defective, we will happily provide return postage for your return. However, if the product is not defective and you are unable to or do not desire to use the product, we will not provide return postage.1
