Download our free sheet label template below. This allows you to design and make custom QR codes or barcode labels in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or your preferred design software.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure accurate printing. To use our PDF template:

1. Download our 1.5" x 1" Sheet Label Template
2. Open the template with Adobe Acrobat or Word
3. Navigate to "Edit PDF."
4. Ensure "Recognized Text" under Scanned Documents options is disabled.
5. Right-click on the label placeholder while still in Edit, and select "Replace Image."
6. Your label design should be exported as a .jpeg or .png, exact size, and at least 300 DPI or vector artwork.
