    RE-DRAW Medical Labels Description

Redraw medical labels are typically used in healthcare settings, particularly in the context of blood collection and laboratory testing. These labels are used to indicate that a blood sample needs to be redrawn or recollected from a patient.

    Specifications

    • 500 Labels per roll
    • .375" x 1.625"
    • Aggressive permanent adhesive
    • Peel and stick labels
    • Adhesive temperature range of -65 to 220 Fahrenheit

    Blood Sample Collection Labels

Sometimes, the initial blood sample collected from a patient may be compromised due to issues like hemolysis (breakdown of red blood cells), insufficient volume, contamination, or blood clotting.

When a blood sample is bad or poor quality and not suitable for testing, a "Redraw" label is applied to the specimen container, such as a blood collection tube, to indicate that a new sample should be collected.
