Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a strong background in providing customer service. We expect the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to participate in the company’s achievement of its service goals and comply with policies and procedures that help achieve sales and satisfaction goals for our labeling products. We prefer prior experience with printing or manufacturing industries, but it is not required.


    • Communicate with customers via email, live chat and telephone
    • Assist customers in navigating the website and purchasing products
    • Maintain consistent communication with other departments to meet customer needs
    • Place outbound calls for orders and follow-up
    • Follow company procedures and protocols for order placement and customer contact
    • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor

Required Skills:

    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to receive incoming and place outgoing calls
    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to learn complex industry terms and processes
    • Motivated, self-starter mentality
    • Team Player
    • It is necessary to speak English in order to perform this job

Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of customer service experience
    • Excellent computer skills
    • High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
    • At least 18 years of age
    • Valid Florida Driver's License and dependable transportation
    • Background and reference checks will be required, as well as pre-employment drug screening

    • It is necessary to speak English in order to perform this job

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Microsoft GP or similar software
    • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
