Production Manager

ob Description:

LabelValue is seeking a qualified Production Manager professional to lead our custom label manufacturing division. The Production Manager will be responsible for motivating production team across two shifts, ensuring goods and services are produced efficiently with superior quality, and schedule personnel and equipment to effectively manage efficiencies. 

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Motivate production team across two shifts to produce with high efficiency while maintaining safe working environment
    • Maintain weekly production schedule for custom labels as well as stock label items
    • Manage vendor relationships including stock material and equipment purchasing 
    • Document and implement high performance production standards for team 
    • Mentor and train production team members to ensure performance standards are understood and team members are growing in their roles
    • Work closely with Shipping and Sales departments to ensure customer commitments are met
    • Manage maintenance plan for all production machinery to ensure optimal use of plant equipment
    • Create a customer centric culture on the production team
    • Promote culture of data based continuous improvement 
    • Other responsibilities as assigned

 

Qualifications:

    • Ability to motivate staff to achieve company goals 
    • Must possess excellent oral /written communication skills and problem solving abilities  
    • Must have at least 10 year of Flexographic Press Operator or other label manufacturing experience and at least 
    • 5 years supervisory experience  in production environment
    • Present a professional image
    • Lean manufacturing experience preferred

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a strong background in providing customer service. We expect the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to participate in the company’s achievement of its service goals and comply with policies and procedures that help achieve sales and satisfaction goals for our labeling products. We prefer prior experience with printing or manufacturing industries, but it is not required.

Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with customers via email, live chat and telephone
    • Assist customers in navigating the website and purchasing products
    • Maintain consistent communication with other departments to meet customer needs
    • Place outbound calls for orders and follow-up
    • Follow company procedures and protocols for order placement and customer contact
    • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor

Required Skills:

    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to receive incoming and place outgoing calls
    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to learn complex industry terms and processes
    • Motivated, self-starter mentality
    • Team Player
    • It is necessary to speak English in order to perform this job

Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of customer service experience
    • Excellent computer skills
    • High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
    • At least 18 years of age
    • Valid Florida Driver's License and dependable transportation
    • Background and reference checks will be required, as well as pre-employment drug screening

    • It is necessary to speak English in order to perform this job

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Microsoft GP or similar software
    • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
