Tips for creating professional appointment cards
If you work in an office that sees customers (or patients) on a regular basis, you most likely hand out appointment cards for any future appointments or follow ups. However, not only is this small piece of paper a convenient reminder for customers, it’s also a great branding opportunity for your business. 2. Use a large font that customers or patients will be able to read easily.
3. Select colors that are branded to your business, but make sure the text is still easy to read.
4. Use black print and select an easy-to-read font like Arial or Times New Roman.
5. Print your business’s logo onto the card. If it looks distorted, select another image that represents your business and will help promote your brand.
