If I order labels today, when will I receive shipment?
If you place your order before 2:00PM Eastern Time, we can usually ship your order the same day. All orders placed after 2:00PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day. Generally, orders with the free shipping option take about 4 or 5 days to arrive at their destination. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout time if you need your products sooner. Where can I find the user guide for my Dymo® LabelWriter software?
The Dymo® User Guide is packed full of information for using the LabelWriter printer software. The most common features explained in the user guide are creating custom labels with graphics and logos,
using the built-in address book, printing labels directly from Word, Outlook, Palm Desktop, and ACT! and Goldmine, using the Smart Paste function, printing from Access, Paradox, dBase and Excel databases, and integrating with other popular online applications. How do I store my labels?
Dymo® and Label Value labels should be stored in a climate controlled environment away from any heat source. Storage at temperatures less than 77 degrees fahrenheit will ensure your labels last for many years. |

No. LabelWriter uses thermal technology not ink cartridges, which means you will save $$ from not having to purchase ink refills. |
