Printer returns will be accepted for any new printer and components in original packaging that factory sealed. A 25% restocking fee could be applicable for returned printers which do meet this criteria. Please do not write on or apply shipping labels on the original manufacturers box.

This is my second Dymo Labelwriter. The first one gave me four years of daily usage. I was disappointed the first one failed, but it's replacement was economical. Label value service and prices are excellent.

The only problem so far is changing tapes. The new tape doesn't seem to feed auto-feed to where it's ready for printing. This means I waste a label each time I change cartridges.

We use to printer to generate ad hoc name tags for folks who show up at the last minute or to correct typos in the preprinted name tags. I am pleased with the printer but would like to see more options for lable and name tags, specifically sizes compatable with Avery holders.

This has helped our offices through time saving and ease in creating neat and organized filing systems. We will also be using our LabelWriters for absentee voting in 2012 where we need to create 2-3 labels for each voter that votes at our office. We can print our labels directly from our State Voter Registration System which will be so helpful for accuracy. Great products!

We are reselling the product to our customers that use it for laboratory labeling and storing samples in -80 deg or liquid nitrogen. It works nice. When it jams we have to go for service, in most cases the user can't manage himself.
