Choose the mail piece and class, then click "print" and the LabelWriter Twin Turbo will print postage for First Class (1-13 oz.), flat rate Priority Mail, Express Mail, postcards, International Air Mail (1 oz.) and more. To print address and shipping labels, LabelWriter Twin Turbo comes with its own software that includes a label designer and address book. You can also print address or shipping labels directly from all the most popular software, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks, WordPerfect, CardScan, Goldmine, and ACT!. This postage system did have a few bugs that we needed to work out for our particular use but now that they've been taken care of, we find ourselves thoroughly enjoying the Dymo system. The two issues we had were: We needed multiple billable accounts - that was addressed by customer support and we were able to set up multiple accounts with Endicia to resolve that issue. Another larger issue was the dymo Free software does not allow the user to "print your own" postage for overweight packages or certified mailings - that was addressed by enrolling in the base serverice program at approx. $10 per month. The "Print your own" postage was activated immediately. At $10 a month, the cost savings compared to renting a postage meter is still a huge bargain. We used to pay approx. $129 every 3 months just to rent our old meter. With the Dymo we only pay $120 for the entire year! Additionally, we were able to give access to the 5 support staff in the office who regularly need to print postage from their desks. It's a terrific little system and a bargain too.
