We have recently started using your products and have been quite happy. Since we print hundreds of labels we use our label count as backup to ensure we are packaging the correct number of items. However, often your rolls are one short. Evidently you count the one half at the beginning and the one half at the end of the roll as one. It would make things a lot easier if you would have a true number of usable labels.
