Refunds and Returns
At LabelValue.com we strive ensure that our Label Value brand products are of the highest quality and that your order arrives on-time and intact. If you should encounter any problem with your order, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and LabelValue.com will provide a replacement product free of charge or, if you prefer, refund the purchase price excluding expedited shipping and handling.

No open box returns of bar code scanners, Zebra and Cognitive printers are accepted. Bar code scanners, Zebra and Cognitive printers are subject to 25% restocking fee. A restocking fee could be applicable for returned and or refused deliveries. Please do not write on or apply shipping labels on original manufactures box use outer carton or similar box as provided in original shipment.

How does it work?

  1. Use the form on the Contact Us page to provide a brief description of the problem (please be sure to include your Order Number).
  2. Our Customer Service department will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and send you shipping instructions for the package that you wish to return.
  3. Return the product to the following address:

  4. Once we receive the package at our clearinghouse, we will immediately issue your refund or ship your replacement product.
